Our experience at Emporio Acapulco was truly rewarding; it had been years since I last visited, as it was a hotel where I grew up since childhood. This time I was accompanied by my husband and my mother to celebrate her birthday, and we want to especially thank Paloma in the Concierge area for always being attentive to our needs and uncertainties, as she was very kind and patient with us at all times.
Likewise, I would like to thank the housekeeper Nadia for her work in the room, as well as Antonio, who was always very kind and helpful to us when we were at the pool. Thank you also for the instructions on where to eat and for the time spent providing us with your warmth. And of course, thanks to the Valet and Bellmen Jorge and Alejandro for their pleasant guidance and the attention they gave us at all times.
Without a doubt, a very good experience, and of course we would return, especially because the food at the restaurant is delicious, especially the barbecue and the freshly baked bread. And what can I say about the room? They have incredibly comfortable mattresses and pillows.
