Real Bananas All Inclusive

My most horrible experience in this hotel, I stayed 5 days 4 nights, of which 3 days in bed locked in the room thanks to the crap of food and drinks so common, we are older adults and we thought it was good option that hotel, the beds a mess the elevators other time, we could not even go to the beach because of the service they offer in their transfer, we would never stay again in that disgusting hotel

Hotel refuses to provide an invoice when it is required by law to do so. He argues that it was booked by travel agency (Expedia) which is correct, and in ALL hotels in Mexico even if you book by any platform the hotel is obliged to give you the invoice since the platform is an intermediary but the one that offers the service is ultimately the hotel and that is why it is the one that should grant the invoice.

I actually traveled with my family to Acapulco for Christmas 2021. We stayed at this hotel, and our stay there was the best. From the moment we arrived, we received excellent service. The buffet was extensive, with a wide variety of food (delicious, by the way). The pools were huge and not overcrowded. Another thing that attracted us to this hotel was that it offered round-trip transportation to the beach. Being on the beach, we had access to drinks and snacks all day, although in December, the waves were a bit strong, which limited our access to the beach a bit. Additionally, on weekends, there was a theme show featuring typical food from another country, along with live music and an excellent atmosphere ideal for enjoying ourselves.
