Pacifica Resort Ixtapa

Everything was fine except for the aforementioned Fabian who does not know how to organize or provide a solution.

Excellent service and attention The villa was very nice and comfortable Johan from Ceiba was attentive and helpful Emanuel was very attentive

It is an excellent hotel, its facilities are beautiful, but the best part is the staff, guys and girls with an excellent attitude, they are all very attentive, from the gardeners, construction staff, waiters, to the managers, this year we celebrated my birthday and Pacifica joined the surprise celebration, thank you Fernanda for your help and complicity.
