Bad experience at this Hotel. There were very loud plumbing noises inside rooms 236 and 243. The two nights we were there, it was not resolved, nor did they apologize to us for the inconvenience. Very poor service from Karina Hernandez at the front desk, who showed no empathy or cooperation regarding this situation; I hope the Hotel takes these opinions seriously so they don't let the service decline, since the hotel has an incredible view, but the maintenance of its facilities leaves much to be desired.

The worst service and choice; pool service is only available until 5 PM, and afterward, they force you to pay a very high buffet dinner fee if you wish to continue consuming while confined in the restaurant. I saw that many people, like us, wanted to stay by the pool and not be locked in a restaurant. Later, if you want to keep consuming, it must be at a nightclub and an Italian restaurant with cockroaches nearby. Room service never wanted to attend to me within the established hours; more than once, I had to go to the reception to request it. Besides the excessive prices, they charged an extra fee, and the dirty dishes were left outside my room for the next two days after the maid took them out. Due to this situation, I had to go down to the city to eat because of the lack of interest from the staff. Honestly, the hotel is not worth it; it is at the top of a hill, they tie your hands, and the road to go up and down to the city is very annoying. The cable car has a cost even for guests, and the facilities are old resort-style; it has nothing, not even a minibar or ice service. I have researched and found many better options centrally located to tourist attractions.
