Pros: friendly, soft bed, fast elevator. Cons: They have problems with cockroaches; in their specialty dinner, I found a leg that I almost drank, but I savored it for a good while because I didn't realize it until the end. Their specialty dinner is not what it claims to be; it is just another buffet where the fruit is from all day because it even had mosquitoes. The captain, with sword and cape, did not want me to take the cup with the cockroach leg to the reception, but we left the photos there anyway, although I don't know if they did anything because they never communicated with us. During the buffet, there were cockroaches stuck in the mesh. Another thing is that the bathroom extractor does not work, so I asked them to check it; they told me they would, but they never came, so I went down, and they told me that even if they changed my room, none of them had a working extractor. And the air conditioning definitely lacked maintenance because the smell was bad. So, bad experience, and I definitely do not recommend it; there are better options, and I say this with firsthand knowledge.
