Hotel Villas Mercedes

The room was a bit small, but so well laid out that we really liked it. It was clean, had a nice pool area and was a short walk to so many restaurants and the beach. Very good location.

I was not well served on the platform so I made a reservation directly, when I spoke to customer service with you they made it very complicated for me since I had doubts with my reservation and they did not resolve them, so I chose to cancel it with you and speak directly to hotel Villa Mercedes

We stayed at Villas Mercedes several times on our way to the States and back. Jorge, Elena and all the staff provided excellent service. Room 4 has a nice tub on the balcony, and we also stayed in room 8, off the pool. Rooms were clean and comfortable.
