during my visit in some iconic places of actopan as in historical exconvento at the end of the day I decided to stay in the hotel fifth river, I really recommend you provide good restaurant service, pool and above all a pleasant and safe rest, it is worth mentioning that it is very nice

Great little hotel in Actopan. Very goid value for money and great service. Started breakfast slightly early for me and my colleague. Nice dinner options as well. Electric sockets in the room even have USB charging function (take that, generic big hotel chain!) and WiFi is good as well. Would 100% come again!

The hotel couldnt handle the big reservation properly. We had reserved double bedrooms and when we got there they didnt have them. They only had singles for everyone. The checkin was at 3. We got there at 6 pm and some of the rooms were not ready. My particular room had the bathroom blocked and they came with the plunge while having us waiting with our kids for half an hour right outside of the bedroomwhile they were doing what they should have done a while ago.and the sprayed to remove odor at the same time. Not very impressed!. The bed mattress are so hard. Breakfast was not included while I saw it was for other people.go figure, we will never stay there again and would not recommend to big groups.the wifi doesnt have good reception in the rooms.
