Hotel Real de Chapala

My stay was brief, two nights. I really enjoyed the garden area, the calm and peace that are felt. The rooms were very good, the bathroom and shower, the beds very comfortable. The buffet breakfast was delicious and varied. The staff was very friendly. I will definitely return again.

The hotel is cute and the spectacular view, the only bad thing was that we went to the restaurant for dinner and they never got close to serving us and if they saw that we sat down so we had to go to dinner somewhere outside the hotel, we let Mr. Vicente, waiter or head waiter know that we were upset and apparently they were not interested

Dismal customer service, animal droppings in the room. You ask for a change of the phone and they offer to change the phone with poop. Bad air conditioning, not working as it should be. Smells locked in, lack of ventilation, but hotel.
