Great experience, I really liked the services, facilities and buffet

Very good hotel, we pooled to celebrate a birthday and my guests were delighted. The facilities very clean and pleasant, there is lots of shade, warm pool, very rich food we order burgers and chips, they supply drinks all event, very attentive staff from arrival. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

In the pictures it looks cute. We rented a room with pool view. When we arrived the room was dirty and battered. The curtain was broken, lying on the floor; the balcony very dirty for many days, the spotlight melted. In the bathroom there was a towel from previous guests and no clean towels. They hadn't swept the room. There was no coffee service. We communicated and they stayed upstairs to fix everything. In the evening, they had indeed fixed some things but not everything. I went out to clean the furniture from the balcony, so I could be there for a while and that is when I saw that the spotlight was not working, which, as I said, I asked to fix. The next day we left early and went into the night. The room was still dirty. I went to talk to the manager and she told me they were behind, but they were fixing it. Later came two ladies who did what they could, as several rooms remained to be cleaned. I went to get the towels and handed the dirty towel that was still in the bathroom. They never swept properly, the coffee service was never complete. In general, the hotel lacks good maintenance. The furniture is already badly battered, the ceiling of the room looks like it had a major water leak and is not well repelled or well painted. Unfortunately the look of the hotel and the cleanliness do not invite you to return.
