excellent attention from all staff, very clean. only the water quality is not good lack maintenance to the filters and better cleaning to the pool because the floor is too slippery. highlighting the attention of Don Ricardo and Angelica, very empathetic and nice people.

Clean, central, comfortable

My spouse and I were in Guadalajara for 6 days at the Hotel de Mendoza. The hotel which was formerly a convent has very large rooms, colonial Mexican style decor and a small but llovely courtyard pool. The service staff are friendly and the hotel is very clean. Unfortunately the restaurant service is very slow, the manager of the restaurant never smiles, and dinner portions are less than generous. The location is perfect for walking to major cathedral and other sites. We found excellent rates on Booking.com even when we had to unexpectedly extend our stay this was the best way to book.
