Hotel Perla Central

My daughter and I went to Guadalajara for a school event. We arrived the night before the event and stayed in suite 705. That same night, I noticed the temperature in the room was quite warm; the air conditioning was turned off. The suite is divided into two areas; only one has air conditioning, while the other area has only a fan. The air conditioning takes a long time to cool the area; even with the doors closed, it does not have the capacity (BTU) for that area. I opened the windows in the other area to let in fresh air from outside, but it was not enough to cool the area; the walls were very hot. When I used the right sink, the elbow underneath was detached, and all the water spilled out. I reported it. They said they would come to fix it the next day; I told them we would be leaving the hotel at 6 AM and would not return until the evening, and that maintenance would still need to come in to fix it. We arrived at 9 PM, and they had not fixed it. Both areas were hot, and again we did not sleep well due to the heat.

Wonderful, the truth always attend to me spectacular, in reception Fernanda, Claudia, Omar, Yazmín, Jorge, Karla, Luis, Felipe, I have always been treated spectacularly, I have already stayed more than 7 times in stays of more than 15 to 20 days, and this place you stayed my second home. Super recommended the place, always look for a solution, they support you in the needs that come your way. Also especially Luis, offers very good ride services. I've known the whole hotel except the manager, you can see he's a very busy man.

The location is perfect, it is very central, which helps to be able to move to various places. In a matter of the room, all the time it smells like plumbing and the TV is not signal, so there are only 4 channels available, it is not SmartTv. In terms of attention, only some people are friendly. There was a receptionist who was not very friendly and answered unpleasantly what they asked.  On the other hand, the cleanliness, if it was very good, that helped a little the problem of the smell of the pipe and the Jacuzzi in bad conditions. Also another negative aspect was that the water came out coffee color so it was unpleasant as we did not know why it had this color. In conclusion the most rescueable was the location and the cleanliness of the room was good.
