Super ugly I do not recommend it ran out the water from the watering can , by the cup and the sink they were going to change my room and I had to go down like 5 times to the reception, to give me solution the attitude of the lady of the reception lousy antler was bothered as if they were giving me the service antler that they wanted to change my room they change my room and in the other the bathroom was not good and the water is leaking from the ceiling. The truth was from April 30 to May 1 because I no longer wanted to finish my reservation I paid for a bad deal the truth would have asked for my refund but this hotel very bad attitude by the person in charge of reception.

The hotel is very dirty and the bathrooms are awful in one of the rooms that were set aside on the night we stayed there was pee in The toilet, the sinks have moo The staff is no longer interested in having a good deal with the customer some or greet others do not give you directions they make you go up and down several times to reception because they do not give you the complete information and do not tell you When you arrive that if you want a remote control you need to ask with an ID I think that is exaggerated Unfortunate how attention and hotel has fallen in 5 years

I had two very unpleasant experiences at this hotel: 1. At the buffet, they offered moldy chocoflan, and the waiter downplayed it, saying it was “normal.” 2. They entered my room while I was sleeping, without knocking or asking permission, claiming that the check-in didn't appear in the system. Both situations are totally unacceptable and demonstrate a serious lack of professionalism and guest care. I do not recommend it.
