One Guadalajara Tapatio

The reason for the trip was family-oriented for a sports competition. The hotel is small but comfortable, as are the rooms. The reception staff were very friendly at all times. The buffet staff were also friendly, and the food meets what a business hotel should offer. It has a good location, there is a shopping store, fast food places, and restaurants that deliver through platforms. My fear was that being the venue for a competition would not meet expectations. Because I have had to go to hotels that are venues and they cannot keep up. Here, despite being at full capacity, they always provided attention and food. You can rest very well; I did not hear noise at inappropriate hours. I had a good experience and would consider it as an option if I return to that destination.

Excellent experience, very comfortable, clean, very well located, very attentive and friendly staff. Very good choice whether for rest, work or sightseeing.

It's the most "lacking" hotel in everything. Does not help make your stay either for pleasure or business trip pleasant There is no hair dryer (at least in my room there was not until I went down to ask for it) There is no iron (until I go downstairs to order it). When they gave it to me I had to leave identification and they gave me the most horrible iron in existence, I did not serve the Teflon and I burned my dress. There was literally only one roll of toilet paper with 3 turns of paper There is no culture of things that congratulate you on personal arrangement, sponge to clean shoes, needle and child, pontoons, etc. In the shower comes the water in all directions except where you bathe, the water comes out of the bath and becomes chaos If you just want a bed to sleep go to a hostel, it will be cheaper ♪ I think the photos on the internet let you see something very different than what you'll find
