Zar Guadalajara

We only went for one night, we arrived exhausted because the flight was in the early morning, but we were received earlier, without paying the early check in. It is not luxurious, but it is quite comfortable, and is very close to Akron Stadium, which made our stay very easy. I highly recommend it if you go to Guadalajara, and more if you go to a game in the Akron Stadium.

I received her well, we arrived around 9:30 - 10:00 at night on Friday, July 19, we were attended by the girl well, friendly and attentive all the time, we had to ask for change of room because the beds looked used, like someone used them before our arrival, the reception girl kindly changed us and there was no problem anymore.

The staff member at registration desk was so slow, it was taking up to 20 minutes for her too register customers, a huge line developed. We booked two rooms and neither key worked, we had to return to front desk 4 times before they worked. The restaurant was closed and the location did not have any neighboring restaurants so we were unable to eat dinner. The grounds were in disrepair, hard to take my dog for a walk. There was no hot water for a shower. Staff was not helpful at all. Will never return and do not recommend to travelers.
