Very good attention from the hotel staff, very kind and attentive at all times: Fabricio and Ramón from the bar, waiters Miguel, Raúl, Emanuel, Daniel, Rafa, and Neto, as well as the reception staff.

Everything is fine, I just regret that the elevator was out of service and there needs to be a bit more variety on the menu.
