A place where you will feel very pampered. Warmth in the treatment and quality of services, particularly in their food. Fish House is very good; Mole and Taco are extraordinary. Family atmosphere; if you do not like being around children much, it may not be your option. Congratulations Melia, we had a great time.

Meliá Puerto Vallarta was a wonderful stay. The location was peaceful, the room spotless, and the little daily touches — like the M&Ms left in the room — made it feel genuinely welcoming. Guest services checked in on us regularly, and their daily text updates made it easy to plan our days without missing a thing.

It was one of the best experiences I have had. From our arrival, the service was exceptional, and all the staff made us feel welcome. The accommodation was very comfortable, the facilities were spotless, and the food was delicious, with a great variety and excellent quality. The attention from each staff member was kind, professional, and always willing to help. You can see the commitment they have to ensure that guests enjoy their stay to the fullest. Without a doubt, it was an unforgettable experience. Everything was perfect and exceeded our expectations. I recommend this place 100% and will definitely return.
