Ocean Breeze Hotel Nuevo Vallarta

Location is good. Rooms are small with a super small fridge and nothing more. It was a budget friendly price but once we checked in you are nickeled and dimed to death. Alcohol beverages at the pool were just as expensive as the United States. $47 for 4 drinks plus tip. Room needs updating and was dingy and dusty and not very clean. Beds feel like a slab of stone. No microwave in the room. It cost $30 to do 2 loads of laundry in the laundry area which is also where the microwave is. The beach is nice but they do not provide beach chairs. Sadly I can not and would not recommend, I am extremely disappointed.

Pretty hotel, nice location. The staff tries hard to make your stay comfortable. The young man at the front desk needs more training, in money management be in charge of the moneyreally doesn’t have enough

Check in took 20 minutes when there was already a reservation made with a card guarantee. I turned off the air conditioning in my room because it was extremely cold, within 10 minutes the condensation of moisture dangerously wet the marble floors, the restaurant service very slow. The customer service of the sales and reception manager was very poor.I found it a low quality hotel.
