The cleanliness of the pools with algae and foam is super bad; that is something very delicate, plus difficult access for older adults, they want to charge you extra for everything, and it is supposed to be all-inclusive.

Install fans and offer refreshing drinks in the lobby, the steam room in the Spa needs remodeling or maintenance, in high season more staff in El Bosque restaurant and pool bar
