Riu Jalisco All Inclusive

The rooms were clean and the restaurants are good, however the sleep was not great because they had some kind of pest control chirping sounds system going all day and night. Surely, there are better ways to deter pests? This was not relaxing at all.

Everything in general was perfect, the attention and the service were very good. Everything very clean, all the employees very friendly. The food was very delicious, the rooms very comfortable. The entertainers were very good. I won several prizes because I liked participating in their activities. The pools are excellent with their warm water. The guys who were at the bars were always in a good mood and serving quickly. The ice cream shop had very good service, likewise at the moka, very delicious coffees. I don't know what I missed, but everywhere I visited, no one was rude. That is why I like your hotels, for the service and the quality you provide. One really wants tranquility to rest, and one does, because they take care of everything for you there, you don't worry about anything. Thank you for making us feel at home... Very dear🙏❤️

In general, the service was good, but they could improve in certain aspects. The rooms were clean, although they should check that there are shampoo supplies when they clean, since we returned to the room to get ready for dinner and, while already in the shower, I realized there was no shampoo, and because we were trusting, since we had stayed there before, we didn't have any in our suitcase. We called the front desk and they took care of it in approximately half an hour, but that delayed us for dinner. Additionally, since we arrived we tried to make a reservation at the Steak House, but all dates and times were booked until September; they should warn you from the moment you book the hotel that you should reserve that restaurant then so you can enjoy it.
