I LOVED this hotel, the restaurant food is delicious, the service from all the staff is excellent, there are so many activities to do, everything is always impeccable, the views are spectacular!! I will definitely return 🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻

I stayed a few days ago and the truth is I loved it. I was talking with Lilia Aguilera during the weeks for this event so special to me, she helped me a lot before, during, and after the event. The food, the service, the place, the cabin, everything was completely beautiful. I highly recommend it, honestly I would return.

My room was completely flooded; they tried to dry it, but more and more humidity came out, which made the environment very cold. We could not step because we were on a puddle; they practically told us to do as we wished because there was nowhere to move. The incompetent manager named Leticia García.
