Hotel staff was warm and helpful. Our room with balcony was beautiful and the view of the cathedral was so special. We had the luck of witnessing a village pilgrimage to the church with traditional dress, a band and flags lining up to enter the church. We were close to so much including trolleys and hop on off buses that introduce you to the town of Morelia and helped us figure out out what places we wanted to focus on. The staff was able to set up a dessert with a sweet sign with birthday greetings for my husband. Our only complaint was the inconsistent strength of the WiFi.

The location is absolutely perfect for Central morelia, the atmosphere is outstanding, there are so many places within the hotel to sit and work or watch the world go by, the suites are incredible, and the people who work there make you feel like family. Every detail is thoroughly covered. There are too many wonderful stories to share to fit in this review. If you ever get a chance to take even just a few nights there it will be well worth it and an unforgettable experience. The pictures do not do it's justice.

Good bar service, although the food remains to owe a little, the view to cathedral is great
