Good, good service. The place is very quiet and clean.

Beware. Though the staff is nice, they will try to get money out if you in any way Examples, they charged us in pesos but fine print on receipt checked box “dollars” so I was being charged $60 more. On last day, Staff claimed I didn’t give back safe box key & they didn’t have extra key-finally they “found” it when I checked out but kept insisting I never left it when I went out that day, said lies about what staff “remembered” After I was up all night worrying about safe key they said they charged me less for jewelry I purchased the day before so I owed them more money Another, staff handed me a service charge for laundry services which I never used, insisting I pay it off upon check out. I do not recommend this hotel bc staff is shady behind nice smiles

The hotel is very nice super colonial and welcoming. Breakfast service is excellent and included. The coffee is very good. Extremely clean and with good atmosphere. Super well located. I recommend not to book via live airbus, or take off or booking. Book directly with the hotel!!! The super friendly and attentive staff especially want to thank Erandy as we had a problem with the reservation (which we did through viva aerobus) and he solved us super professionally and excellently. Thanks also to Aidé Lulu and Angie. All very kind.
