The food is good quality, always fresh and well prepared. However, I had a major problem. As a member of the IHG club, I had booked a special promotion months in advance, but when I arrived, I was not respected. Although the reception staff was friendly, they could not solve the inconvenience, which was disappointing. Overall, the hotel offers a great experience for its facilities, cleanliness and food, but they must improve in fulfilling the promotions they offer to their clients.
