Hotel Hacienda de Zapata

The service from reception left much to be desired, they are not friendly. At least they agreed to change our room, as it had touched us overlooking the street and above a convenience store selling beer (we would not be able to sleep). The photos they upload on their page and social networks are misleading, because the hotel is not as it looks in them. There was no hot water, we had to call reception to turn on the boiler. Really, a terrible experience, I would never stay there again.
