Posada Real

Lousy experience, If you want to enjoy a good holiday, do not go to this hotel, not recommended, it lacks much maintenance in general, the rooms are in terrible condition, in addition to the deterioration have a serious hygiene problem, I found bed bugs and the bathroom water was yellow and I make this comment so that they do not book more here, as the cost is not at all accessible and also not worth it.

Misleading advertising, the rooms are horrible, there are cockroaches, the hard beds, the floodlights do not work, the towels that give you all broken, the doors insecure, the water comes out yellow and the pool is small, the only good thing about the room is the television. I do not recommend the hotel, there are not enough parking boxes and you have to wait for someone to leave before you can enter, there is no security at the entrance of the hotel, the service of the receptionist is intermediate, it is not rude but does not provide the extra that you are sold.

This property is not what it appears in the photos. Advertised as a 3 star our expectations were not high. We were booked for 7 nights @ $1800 pesos per night but fortunately only paid for 1 night prior to arrival. The bathroom sink drain leaked out on to the floor of the bathroom when you ran water, the A/C was louder than the traffic noise. Fair bit of black mold in the shower stall. No chairs around the pool, one picnic table and some built in benches outside of the units that bordered the pool. The pool was murky at best. I got up early the next morning, walked the main boulevard and beach for an hour. Found another property, also a 3 star, but only $1000 pesos/night and so much better than Posada Real. A/C is whisper quiet, room is clean, employees polite and helpful. Pool water is clear, chairs/palapas around the pool and a few lounges as well. So much better for so much less $$.
