Antarisuite Cintermex

We stayed from Thursday to Sunday at the Antaris Monterrey Hotel for our family reunion in 2026. There were 13 of us occupying 6 rooms, and the experience exceeded all our expectations. The rooms were spotless: clean, comfortable, and very well equipped. The beds and pillows were among the best; we truly rested as if we were at home. The service was extraordinary. The entire staff was always friendly, attentive, and mindful of every detail throughout our stay. On Friday, we used the event hall, and the service was simply spectacular. We want to highlight Mr. Esaú Dávila, who attended to us with unmatched warmth, making us feel like family. The restaurant also deserves applause: the food was delicious, and the service was top-notch. A special thanks to Cristina and our star waiter Alberto for their excellent service, as well as to Mr. Roberto Cervantes, the restaurant manager. We also thank Eng. Javier Méndez, the hotel manager, for all his attentions and hospitality. The hotel's location is ideal, very strategic for any activity in Monterrey. Without a doubt, a 100% recommended hotel. Would we return? Without a second thought, a thousand times yes!

I highly recommend it; the hotel is in excellent condition, very clean, and has all the services we need. The staff's treatment is exceptional, very attentive and kind. The food at the restaurant is very delicious. The location is perfect if you want to explore downtown Monterrey, especially if you are attending an event at Arena Monterrey, Cintermex, or Fundidora Park. There are convenience stores and a good variety of restaurants nearby that you can visit even by walking.
