Best Western Royal Courts

The grossest hotel I've ever stayed in. -Hairs (of all types) on the entire floor of the room. Cockroaches!!!!!!! - Large and gross spots (which are removed with soap and water throughout the room). Dirty sheets. (I had to stay on the quilt because it disgusted me.) Lint all over the floor, smell of moisture and dust. No dryer, no kleneex. Really bad experience, I'm still on a scrambled stomach...!!! I asked for cleaning the first day and it was the same as the fourth. The second day I was while a lady did the cleaning. It consisted of washing the cup, changing the towels and wiping a wet rag across the floor. Turns out the lady was a laundromat and was half-supporting because they were short-staffed. Net the place disgusting. DON'T GO!!!!!

The room is comfortable and practical however had no dryer and could not provide a :/, when not all rooms were.

Pool is dirty. Food is expensive and not that good. Room is ok (maybe, if you don’t have high standards) Front desk staff is kind and helpful. Parking lot is very uncomfortable. Lobby coffee is hideous. The street is very busy and the room does not help to reduce the noise, so there is a chance you are going to be awaken in the middle of the night by a bus or something.
