City Express Sta. Catarina Monterrey

The reception staff is rude... we called about 2 hours before our arrival and it turns out that they cannot assign a room after 1 am... and they hang up on you... and upon arrival they always did... the next morning There was no water... after a call they solved it

Very comfortable. Everyone was super nice and helpful. Rooms were comfortable and clean and breakfast was awesome. Beds were comfortable and room was spacious. Very nice view but it seems there is new construction so view will one day be covered.

Visited for business and found out the hotel is under renovation. This makes stay a little uncomfortable but the staff was nice to make up for that. Clean rooms, nice beds and pillows. Good for sleeping only while on business trips. Hope to visit after renovation to compare with other similar properties. There is controlled parking (free for guests). Wi-fi was not working well.
