Four Points by Sheraton Galerias Monterrey

The hotel is showing its age. The rooms are well decorated and comfortable. There are no features on the television for streaming. The hot water can be hit and miss. There is no restaurant in the actual hotel, there is a room service available but the menu is very limited. Parking is shared but secured, there are numerous restaurants nearby.

My trip is for work. A hotel in this category cannot afford to have a wifi of 6 Mbps, and paying 10USD goes up to 21 Mbps. It is impossible to work or communicate at the hotel. Breakfast and Service is a staple, but the wifi thing makes it inadvisable for people coming from work.

Very dissapointing for a Marriott Four Points! Beds were very uncomfortable, shower didnt have hot water twice! Windows are so dirty its hard to see out. The gym is tiny and was hot! The TVs are not smart with no Streaming, This hotel needs a mjor upgrade to be competitive. Not up to Marriott standards. Good location across from huge Mall but i would not stay again.
