Bad service. The room lacks WiFi network, the TV is just 22 inches and only has three channels that also look bad. The tub has no cap, so it cannot be used correctly. There is also no telephone in the room, which prevents requesting room service. Sheets have an unpleasant smell, like sweat, which is unacceptable. In general, conditions leave much to be desired. The only salvageable thing is its location, as it is located near the ponytail.

The good: Good location (excellent scenery), very good service, rich food, touched us a room that seemed renovated (new and freshly painted apartment) The regular: The facilities seem old in some places, there are some areas as abandoned. The bad: The bathtub had the base rusted and with a minor water leak that had nothing to do with us opening the key, just a constant water thread coming out of the base. The TV had no power cord and when they put it on, the channels looked really bad. The room was literally empty, outside the bed which is made of cement and therefore, glued to the room along with the bedside tables, we had no desk or table, no chairs, not even hooks in the closet. We advised that we would go three people and there was no bed for the third, we asked for support and we were given no options. I wanted to bathe and the water from the shower comes out very scarce, I did everything I could to adjust it and the half bath I managed to give was too unpleasant and barely warm. The phone cables were out of the base, the weather just vents air, it doesn't heat and we were 5 degrees outside, we ordered extra sheets and we were sent an old sheet and a dirty little blanket. The hotel has potential, but it is no longer its best, it is saved by the great kindness of its employees who do what they can, but it seems that there is not much that can be done, they have no way to help you. It is saved by landscapes because it is in the middle of beautiful places. It is saved by the few gardens it has. But outside of that, the experience of spending the end of the year there, was unpleasant.

Beautiful place surrounded by nature, but it is disgusting very dirty rooms, no air service, water in bathrooms, dirty beds and pillows smelling sweat, generally dirty.
