Hotel 5a Avenida

They did not respect my reservation. I arrived at 10:00 p.m. And they told me that there were no rooms and that it didn't matter that I had booked it on Bookin. So what is Booking for? I demand an explanation. I left at that time to find another hotel with the risk that this entails. I want an explanation before proceeding to PROFECO or the corresponding authorities

Excellent location within Monterrey; Internet connection and breakfast included. Friendly treatment of staff. Parking available. Convenience stores nearby. Public transport available. Economic prices.
