The receptionists showed no willingness to assist or serve the guests. The television in the room only had 8 channels. I would never return.

Luis, the Manager, and his entire staff went out of their way to make my stay at the hotel a very wonderful experience. I would not hesitate to stay at this hotel again.

Disappointing experience: Neglected and overrated hotel “My recent stay was a regrettable and far from advertised experience. The hotel is in a state of obvious neglect: dirty carpets, old bedding and furniture that has exceeded its useful life. It is unacceptable for a hotel named after the Wyndham chain to have such a level of carelessness. The service is just as poor. In both the bar and the restaurant, the staff is insufficient; the employees seem to ignore the guest, more focused on their own affairs than on paying attention. It is a pity that a place with this potential is so forgotten and priced so highly for what they actually offer. I would not recommend it under any circumstances."
