Barcelo Huatulco Beach

Booked the premier room. The Ac went out at night. Beds were very uncomfortable will not stay again.

Overall it was very good, just the issue of children in the adult pool area.

I requested a crib and they gave it to me without a mattress, with a pile of sheets simulating the mattress. (I had already asked a week in advance if they had the crib service and they told me yes) I requested that they fix that and they did not have mattresses for the crib. And my AC did not cool at all, it was reported for 2 consecutive days and they did not fix it nor did they change our room.
