Lousy chain is worthless

We booked a weekend through VIVA, but when we arrived, the hotel only had a poster with a text that stated that "due to administration change and inventory we are closed," so we were stranded there without prior notice. This was a horrible experience.

They don't bill, you try to contact them and nobody helps you, they give you phone numbers that are out of order, and when you get contact from the hotel, nobody can help you. I do not recommend this hotel as it is very far from everything, to get around mainly requires taxi.
