Lousy service... the hotel is old and unkempt, comfortable to sleep and already, well located. There was never hot water, you had to let it run long, they never left the full towels in the room, always missing one and the exit mat or the hand towel. The horrible and expensive restaurant, a minimal buffet and no flavor. The staff is young and they're all improvised... the only thing that can be rescued is Mr. Luis in restaurant and drinks and Carlos, head of food.

Very dirty, with spoons in the bathroom full of dust, the dirty pool and the Fatal Service, I reserved two rooms for myself and my family and they put them on different floors. My young children on the one hand and adults on the other the very inaccessible reception. I do not recommend it at all you see that it is with a very bad management, the hotel in bad condition. The door dropped the sensor.

Nice hotel the truth but lousy customer service delivered the room until 5 pm, unfortunately my wife felt bad and we went out a while outside because the climate of my room was not good, when the person who sent reception arrived a very despot gentleman to shut us up that as we were making a lot of noise, the truth I was not back was very disappointed from this place not recommended
