Super sad the truth customer service. Manager Pablo Silva super high-handedly asked for a refund because I arrived and there is no hot water (which I wasn’t mentioned) and he said “I’m not going to refund you and do whatever you want.” Then he told me to talk to the owner and ok pass me the tidbit laughed and told me you even think. Several times I told him to pay me back and he told me he wasn't going to. And to throw my tantrum if I wanted to Awful the truth the shower does not work, the beds look like stones but the most disappointing thing is that the supposed Manager will behave like a 4-year-old. Too bad for the owners. I don't know if they know they have someone like that working for them.

Completely adequate. Foot steps from the plaza. Good food abounds around the plaza. Staff extremely friendly and accommodating. We’re on a archeological tour and have walked our feet off visiting several nearby (within 20 miles).
