Very good value for money; the hotel has a very convenient location if you have activities in the historic center of the city. It is very pleasant; the staff is super friendly. Our room was very clean and, although it seemed very small to us, it was very comfortable. The restaurant is very convenient, with good service and quality food, although a bit more expensive than other options in the area. In general, a very good option for staying in the center of Puebla.

The great thing about the hotel is that it is in the city center. Valet Parking people are friendly but parking is very tight. If someone's carrying a van, I doubt they'll get in. They don't know Fiesta Rewards policies well. It's a sleep-only hotel, not to enjoy the experience on its premises.
