It is a nice hotel, but we arrived on Friday and they had an event with a Luis Miguel impersonator, which apparently they do often, and the space where they hold it makes it audible in all the rooms. They never warned us when we arrived at the hotel, and this event ended at 11:40 at night. Several guests went to complain, and the person at the front desk was rude. We were very upset since we wanted to rest and could not do so until the event ended. We stayed 3 nights and they do not have restaurant service on Sunday afternoon. It is a central place, but they force you to go out to buy food; only the first
night they left us two bottles of water in the
room, and the other days we had to buy them.
