Casa Cayala Business Class

Good service from the beginning, the price is OK, pretty much the average. Rooms are comfortable with just one observation: You can hear a lot if someone next to your room is taking a bath! so, it may be not good for someone that wants to sleep until late. We stayed here only for one night just for sleep and for that was very good. I will back again to check the rest of the services.

Terrible experience, I asked for my money back... no bellboy, elevator not working, 3rd floor room; no disposition from the receptionist to help...i didn't even stayed for a night. After the charge i was told about the lack of confort.

everytime i stop in Queretaro i choose Casa Cayala, the athmosphere is very friendly, and the place is comfy and elegant, I really like the location as well as the cheerful staff!! keep it up guys your doing great!
