Be Tulum Beach Spa Resort

My stay at Be Tulum was truly special. I especially want to thank Jose for his kindness, compassion, and genuine care. He took the time to listen to me, meditated with me, and made me feel seen and supported. I’m personally going through a difficult time in my life, and his kindness meant more than words can express. He also shared a Dr. Gabor Maté video that helped me better understand myself after I returned home. Thank you, Jose, for your warmth and generosity. You made my stay truly meaningful, and I’ll always remember your kindness. I hope to return someday.

Hotel was pretty. Restaurant was good. But the entire stay way ruined on the first night. What was supposed to be an unplugged vacation (no tvs) at a peaceful hotel with yoga and calming all natural materials turned into a nightmare. We had reviewed the printed schedule and there was no events listed for that night but apparently there was a party going to happen that night. We are no prudes and like to party but it was our first night there and wanted to rest. It ended up being a literal rave right on the beach, right outside our expensive beachfront hotel. The music started at 9pm and didn’t stop until 2am. It was so loud it literally shook the walls of the hotel for 5 hours. Needless to say we didn’t get any rest. Absolute worst experience I have ever had at a hotel. For that kind of money I would have appreciated a warning that this was going to happen and last all night.

Beautiful property with the most amazing staff. Thank you to Raquel, Ricardo and Aylin for being the best possible hosts and making us feel at home from the second we stepped in. A must visit in Tulum, we’ll be back very soon
