Diego, Eddie, Pau, Leo and Cuellar are outstanding entertainers. They bring so much joy throughout the day. At the pool, beach and At Rauxa. The ABBA show opened with Diego hyping up the crowd. Top notch entertainment.

Beautiful hotel, spacious, clean rooms with a mini bar with drinks & snacks included. Lovely grounds, great for animal lovers like me. Great pool area, we had no problems getting a sun bed. Right on a beautiful beach, the staff do their best to remove the seaweed. The food was good, excellent breakfast and lunch buffet with lots of choice. The 4 restaurants are mostly very good but it gets a little repetitive after 2 weeks. It’s a shame only privilege members can use the restaurant next to the beach, (they will try to upsell this on check in). The entertainment staff work hard and do a good job. The shows were impressive but some shows are very similar, lots of dancing & acrobatics . The staff are wonderful, friendly and warm. Especially the beautiful ladies at the buffet Quetzabel, Alex & Angeles they really make you feel welcome. Overall it was a wonderful holiday and I would visit again.

Nice and Beautiful adult only hotel. Small but very warm and welcoming. Food is good. Room service was excellent. Nice to go as a couple or groups of friends. Lots of seaweed some days but we could go to the water Last few days. They clean them nonstop. Clean and spotless hotel. Nice restaurant too. Especially stake house, Mexican and Asian. Thank you all. We will definitely recommend you to everyone! 🙏🙏
