Ambiance Suites Cancun

Facilities are neglected, toiletries of poor quality. The beds and sofa have mites. And worst, lost personal items from the room and pool area. THEY STEAL PERSONAL ITEMS. There is never a manager or boss available and they are complicit in package tour fraudsters.

Nice hotel, booked the luxury room and loved it, quite spacious, clean and the bed comfortable. In the low season it cost me $2,000 a night with breakfast. Breakfast is American, liked, fresh fruit and juice I'm flying to stay, it has good location.

Unfortunately we stayed at this hotel on October 15, 2025 chosen for us by Papaya Maya for Voyage Privé and we were very disappointed first because they allowed some customers to have a party in the pool area that lasted until 4 am with cries of music and shouts , then it is absolutely not true that they also speak Italian and the so-called free breakfast is poor and poor with no choice because the buffet does not exist and bring them to the table eggs and pan carré with coffee or tea , two pieces of transparent fruit and that's it. Night to forget and hotel to cancel.
