Everything is going very well. I have no complaints about anything. Keep it up. Barceló is doing very well.

We stayed with my family from June 3 to June 13, and the truth is that the hotel exceeded our expectations. The treatment from all the staff is noteworthy, very friendly...we had themed restaurants for 7 nights, and since there are 3, we could repeat them, highlighting the Italian and seafood ones. The beach is small but they are constantly cleaning it, so there is almost no seaweed. Next to it is the Xcaret company, from where the ferry to Isla Mujeres departs. The facilities are well maintained and very well cared for; we were impressed by the number of employees who are constantly cleaning, organizing, or repairing things. Regarding the food, it is very varied. The snack bar is open 24 hours, so if you go on an excursion and return hungry, there is always something good to eat. Something to keep in mind is that I know other hotels allow you to take out food, but since sometimes you miss meals due to excursions or outings, the hotel does not allow you to take any food, and that might be something to consider. We missed several meals because Mexico is a place with a lot to see, and you cannot return to eat, so we had to eat outside, which is an extra expense if you are at an all-inclusive.

Hotel was nice overall for the price. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms very clean and spacious. Check in was very slow but check out extremely fast.
