Good hotel, yes I recommend it; the only bad thing was the cleanliness of the pool bathrooms and few umbrellas, excellent service.

I just stayed there, I was there July 28, 29, and 30....3 nights, low price, food in accordance with the price, I paid very little for 4 adults, a very beautiful room with a double view, the staff's attention was excellent, it has a very good beach, very close to Delfines beach and the heart of the hotel zone, I want to mention Enrique from the adult area bar, I congratulated him because he washes the glasses, not like the one at the lobby bar who just rinses them, the waiter Erick Balam, Lilia Tamez from the premium lounge, Joaquin in charge of the restaurant....many very good collaborators, The bad part...the pools, I have never seen such dirty pools, it is the first time we did not get into a pool because of so much dirt, and please....keep an eye on the bellboys and their private business with the taxi drivers there at the base of the Luxury boutique, how can they carry radio frequencies, this is a mafia, and check the cameras....they advised me not to use Uber...I told them to get lost....those are the only 2 things I did not like

The facilities are suitable for a good rest. The staff (Erick Balam, Fernando Garcia, Felix, all the bar staff) for example, provided us with a good service experience. We found the food delicious and with a great variety. However, the room cleaning was not very efficient, the screen did not always work, and one receptionist is not very friendly. In general, it was a great life experience. On the other hand, they did not recommend the Italian Restaurant to us; it was not to the liking of the group members.
