The Mendoza family from room 1706 are very satisfied to be here. We loved this hotel and we had very complete service and excellent attention from Francisco Vázquez, who works hard and with love, doing a good job. We would definitely return to you. Thanks for everything!!!!

Don’t make the same mistake my family and I did . -inoperable old elevators that made it very difficult to get up to the 7th floor -promises of the beautiful all inclusive ÓLEO below is a joke- the food, amenities, staff and everything at that hotel is bad -promises of top shelf food and alcohol are a lie -best think is Smirnoff and if you pay extra it also gets you Jack Daniel’s - disgusting -scary stairs under construction with constant wet cement -power surges in the hotel where they would lose power for hours on end -leaking faucets and sinks that created puddles in the rooms -fumes coming in from the vents -flooded showers that would not drain -rude staff at the front desk -lifeguards never on duty and left a guest laying in the sand intoxicated for multiple hours without help and she was about to get washed up by the ocean

Excellent service from Francisco Velázquez, a very good host and always at your service ... Just like the cooks, always with a great attitude and everyone always with the best disposition.
