CasaMagna Marriott Cancun

We had a wonderful stay- so much that we, at times forget to post reviews on Tripadvisor, but felt compelled to share some incredible reviews of some wonderful, hospitable and lovely people and beautiful grounds. We normally don't opt for all inclusive stays but coming with family, we preferred somewhere where everyone felt comfortable deciding where to eat. This did not feel like other all inclusive resorts as the service was top tier and the food quality and taste was up to par. Just to mention a few- Izrael and Jared at Toscanini started and ended our stay with a great experience. They were kind, attentive and super helpful. Such professional and friendly people- service than can’t be taught. Gisel at Casa Madre breakfast was amazingly helpful, service impeccable and felt very welcome every morning. George/Jorge at Casa Madre was kind and made us feel at ease right away as well. Pablo and Reynaldo at the family pool made our relaxing time even better outdoors. We also had a wonderful time at Tepinyaki but didn’t have a chance to write down the name of our server in time- it was either Benny or Freddy but he made sure our time with them was perfect. Héctor at 750* was also very patient and happy and friendly at all times and he seemed to work long hours with very specific orders. I don’t give any of these compliments lightly as we were traveling with a 4 year old who was a picky eater and she left feeling loved and full which is a hard task at most places. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!!! The beach and property is beautiful- we saw many taking great care in maintaining and cleaning. It was truly reflected every day and made for a refreshing and unforgettable experience. There was no ATM in working order when we were there and no currency exchange given from US$ to pesos so just plan accordingly. We will be back again and again with family!

First time here. My son in law frequently stays at Marriott properties, but his first time here too. We loved all the food options and especially loved the hibachi show and dinner at Mikado. We want to thank Liliana for being such a wonderful server at the breakfast buffet. She always looked after us and even had the chef make me pancakes just the way I like them with a side of sliced mango. Also, a shout out to Victor, our server as the beach for his impeccable service and attention to our needs. Gustavo took care of our luggage the day we arrived and took time to give us a little overview of the hotel features. Every single member of the staff was so polite and really tried to make our stay enjoyable. The only thing I would like to see change is maybe more live music available and entertainment options for later at night. I get that it is a family hotel, but it seemed like everyone was in their room by 11pm . It would be nice to see a music venue with dancing and karaoke available for those of us who like to stay out later.

Worth the money...go, go, go! Cancun is over priced, but this place is worth it. Spacious rooms, great attention from the staff, beautiful property, wonderful choices of food and activities, whether you choose to stay at the pool all day or participate in the hotel activities. Bring plenty of small bills to tip the amazing staff.
