Don’t stay here. Extremely dirty. Very bad service. Bed bugs. We asked to leave and they refuse to provide refund. Save your money and go elsewhere!!

Stay Away!! We booked this place a week before departure. I wanted to stay close to playa mujeres but my husband and daughter wanted to stay where all the action is. This place is old and the property grounds are in deep need of a renovation. Electricity went and water went out for 2 days...probably more. We left the morning of 7/19/25 and the Electricity was still off. We had to pack all of our belongings in the heat and since we were on the top floor (10 flights of stairs) we had to haul our heavy suitcases down. They have the worst customer service. My husband who is 62 and has a bad knee, ask the receptionist (Angelina) for a bottle of water before climbing the stairs and she said only if we pay for it! Please notice the travelors pictures on this website and how the nice ones were take several years ago. The pool and its surroundings look nothing like it now. The only thing and I mean ONLY thing that was good was the view. That's it. Never again.

Deposit $100 for towels!!!!! You should see the towels, better bring yours and not use the hotels. THERE WAS NO LIGHT for hours during two nights in January. Imagine, the fridge didn't work, no air conditioning, the elevator didn't work, nothing. THE ELEVATOR DIDN'T WORK, was out of service, for one day. We had to climb to the 7th floor. What do they do with the people with wheelchairs? There was NO HOT WATER IN THE SHOWER for so many nights that I stopped counting them. They clean the apartments every two days. And don't do it well, since we had cockroaches in our apartment. THIS PLACE SHOULD BE PERMANENTLY CLOSED AND NOT SOLD TO CUSTOMERS! We also had a problem the moment we arrived at the hotel, with breakfast. At the reception, they don't know "when is breakfast served and if we do have or have not breakfast included". They say to contact the person through whom we paid the hotel to arrange that. WHAT THE H*LL???????? And of course nobody has breakfast in the place, since breakfast is expensive and you don't even get the staff you paid for! Breakfast should be: eggs, 3 pieces of half toast, 1 jam, 1 butter, juice and terrible coffee. We got juice one day and rest of the days didn't see it, and of course, sometimes you get jam and butter, sometimes you don't. I WAS SHOCKED
