Dreams Cancun Resort and Spa

I just ended my stay and I wish I never left. Right as we arrived staff quickly treated us like family and that made our entire vacation. The entertainment team did an amazing job including everyone. Alex, Angie and Michelle apart of the team really encouraged me to step out of my comfort zone and I’m so glad they did! All of the workers really got to know you. The waiters and bartenders always served you with a smile on their face. Jorge and Misael were incredible bar tenders who really treated us like family while making incredible drinks for us. All workers were hardworking and responsible and a special shoutout should go to Brian, he was there everyday during our stay and was always getting his job done with a warm and welcoming smile. Vacations aren’t always just about where you go. But they are about the people you meet. Dreams sands resort has incredible staff who really get to know you and treat you like family!

Great experience, 10/10 service, quality food, and great service from all the staff. It is my favorite hotel, 6 years ago I got married there and it remains as beautiful as it was then.

Everything ok, only the free activities at the hotel are always out of service, the guy named Héctor was arrogant, we saw other kayaks in the water and he denied us ours...
