Dreams Sands Cancun

Very nice hotel, the stay was incredible, the beach it has is beautiful, and the treatment was super friendly from all the staff. Above all, Gustavo and Irosho provided us with excellent attention that allowed us to enjoy ourselves to the fullest. Highly recommended for going to disconnect and recharge your batteries 🤩

Hotel needs a lot of love. It smells of mildew everywhere, ACs leaking (also everywhere). 50% of the time we wanted to go somewhere it was closed. Faucet handles falling off, tables had been broken and glued back together. Pool towels were crunchy and smelled. Every 5 minutes on the beach someone was trying to sell us something. Night time hang out spots were basically the teeny hotel lobby bar (with one bartender) and a hallway bar. Management is poor. We weren't asked at check out how the stay was, just given a $600 bill that wasn't even itemized! Wait staff was excellent but there were never enough bartenders anywhere. Shout out to Merlin at the spa who was amazing and the best thing about the whole experience.

An incredible experience, we felt right at home ❤️ Our stay at Dreams Sands Cancun was truly wonderful. From the first moment, we felt very well received thanks to the kindness and professionalism of all the staff. I want to make a very special mention of the Front Desk Manager, Faustino Pool, for his warm welcome and for always being attentive to ensuring our experience was excellent. I also greatly appreciate the attention of Fernando at the Preferred Club, who at all times made us feel very special with his excellent service and kindness. The Entertainment team, led by Mr. Mauricio Chi, deserves special recognition. The enthusiasm, commitment, and affection with which they perform their work is evident. And I want to especially highlight the girls from the Explorer Club: Flor, Mariel, Sharon, and Mariana, who made my daughters' stay simply incredible. They managed to make every day full of fun, joy, and moments that they will surely remember for a long time. 💕✨ We also want to thank the entire Food and Beverage team for their excellent attention. A very special recognition for Manuela, in the pool area, for her kindness, attention, and for always looking after us. At Himitsu, I also want to thank Carlo for his incredible attention and availability to ensure my family had the best experience at the Teppanyaki table. I cannot fail to mention the housekeepers, who do an incredible job and keep everything impeccable, always with a great attitude. In reality, it would be impossible to mention every person who made our stay special, because the entire Dreams Sands Cancun team served us with extraordinary kindness and warmth. Thank you all for making our family truly feel at home.
