We will not stay anywhere else in Cancun. The staff is what sets this place apart. You can’t find more hospitable people than the staff at Excellence. They went above and beyond to curate an unforgettable experience for us. The amenities, the room, the food, the resort, the beach, the entertainment was all 5 stars. We couldn’t find a single aspect we didn’t enjoy. Don’t book anywhere else for your trip to Cancun! We will be back soon!

We celebrated our honeymoon here and had an amazing experience! Nathalia and Angel with the activities team were extremely nice. The staff at the bars would remember our names and drink orders. The food was excellent. We look forward to returning!!
